Privacy policy
The short version. Your guides, screenshots and exports stay in Chrome on your computer. We keep your email, your plan and how many voiceover minutes you used. When you generate a voiceover, the voiceover text passes through our server to Google to make the audio, and we don't keep it. We don't sell data, show ads or track you across sites.
1. Who we are
SuperBusy Guides (the "extension") and this website are run by Marpi FZC LLC, Company no. 4100431, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, trading as SuperBusy ("we", "us"). We are the controller of the personal data described here. Questions and requests: hi@superbusy.ai.
2. What stays on your computer
These are stored only in your browser's storage on your device. We cannot see them:
- screenshots and recordings, and the steps, captions and annotations you make;
- what you type on the pages you record (values typed into password and card fields are not captured at all);
- page addresses and page titles of recorded pages;
- guides you export (video, GIF, HTML player, text, backup files);
- captions rewritten with AI. Rewrite with AI uses the AI model built into Chrome, which runs on your device.
If you uninstall the extension or clear your browser data, these are deleted. Export a backup file first if you want to keep them.
3. What we collect and why

Voice samples you play before buying are fixed sentences of ours, not your text. We do not use your data for advertising, sell it, or use it to train AI models.
4. Payments
Stripe processes payments as our payment provider. You enter card or wallet details on Stripe's checkout page; we never receive your full card number. Stripe also calculates VAT and may ask for your billing address and, for businesses, a VAT number. Stripe handles this data under its own privacy policy.
5. Service providers
We use these providers to run the service. Each processes data only on our instructions:

Where data leaves the European Economic Area, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard offered by the provider.
6. How long we keep it
- Account data: while your account exists. When you ask us to delete it, we delete it within 30 days.
- Monthly usage counts: up to 13 months.
- Voiceover text: not kept. It exists only while the audio is being made.
- Technical logs: a short period set by our hosting provider, then deleted.
- Invoices and payment records: as long as tax law requires (Stripe keeps these).
7. Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, give you a copy, or stop a particular use of it. Email hi@superbusy.ai from the address you sign in with. We reply within one month.
You can also complain to the data protection authority in the country where you live or work.
8. Chrome extension permissions
- Tabs and active tab: to know which tab you are recording and take its screenshot when you click.
- Scripting and access to websites: to add the click recorder to the page you choose to record. It runs only while you are recording.
- Storage: to keep your guides and screenshots on your computer.
- Side panel: to show the recording controls next to the page.
The use of information received through the extension complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use it only to provide the extension's features described above.
9. Children
SuperBusy Guides is a work tool and is not meant for children under 16. We don't knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
Connections to our servers are encrypted. The keys for Google and Stripe are kept on our server, never in the extension. Our database only lets a signed-in user read their own records.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data, we update this page and the date at the top. For significant changes we also tell you by email or in the extension before they take effect.
